Ilana Wolk joined Kreindler & Kreindler LLP as an associate in September 2015. Prior to joining Kreindler, Ms. Wolk served as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
As a Deputy Attorney General, Ms. Wolk fought for abused and neglected children as counsel for the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. Ms. Wolk engaged in all aspects of litigation and secured victories for her client in dozens of bench trials and appeals.
Ms. Wolk received her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in May 2012. While at Emory Law, Ms. Wolk was a selected member of the Emory Labor and Employment Moot Court competition team. She also worked as a judicial intern for a federal judge, The Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as a law clerk at a boutique intellectual property law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ms. Wolk obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University in December 2008 and spent a year abroad studying international relations at The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna, Italy.
Ms. Wolk lives in Manhattan and enjoys modern art, Broadway, and traveling.
