Ilya Feldsherov focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and government and internal corporate investigations, primarily relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He also has an active pro bono practice, including successfully representing individuals in asylum and family court proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Feldsherov served as a law clerk for the Honorable Janis Graham Jack of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He previously worked as a litigation associate at a Texas education law firm, where he represented school districts and other government entities through all stages of litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Feldsherov worked as a summer law clerk at a New York law firm and as a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society.
