Imelda Mulholland, an immigrant from Belfast, Northern Ireland, brought her immigration practice to Grand Junction in 2008. Over the past several years she has represented families and businesses with immigration issues on the Western Slope, throughout the United States and abroad.
Her practice includes assisting businesses to obtain skilled foreign workers, including H-1B (specialty occupation), labor certification, H-2B (skilled worker), L (intra-company transfer), E (treaty trader), TN (NAFTA professionals), EB-2 (Skilled Worker/Professional, EB-3 (Skilled Worker/Professional), EB-2 (Advanced Degree Professional), and EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professor and Multinational Executive).
In the area of family- based immigration, Ms. Mulholland has assisted and counseled families in obtaining legal permanent residency, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, fiancé visas, U and VAWA visas and hardship waivers.
Ms. Mulholland has represented clients before the Department of Labor, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Board of Immigration Appeals and district courts.
After graduating from Metropolitan State College in Denver with honors, Ms. Mulholland attended the University of Denver, College of Law where she received honors in European Union Law. Prior to establishing her law firm in 2014, Ms. Mulholland was Of Counsel with the law firm of Hoskin Farina & Kampf P.C., which she joined in 2008.
Before joining Hoskin Farina & Kampf, P.C., Ms. Mulholland was the principal attorney in the Mulholland Law Firm, P.C, an immigration law firm with offices in Denver, Colorado and St. George, Utah. Previously, Ms. Mulholland was an associate at the Denver law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen, LLP.
