
Isaiah Z. Weedn is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Orange County Office. Mr. Weedn collaborates with his clients to develop and execute dispute resolution strategies tailored to their goals and needs. He has experience in a broad spectrum of litigation in federal and state courts.
His clients include real estate investment firms, financial institutions, commodity traders, manufacturers, builders, government entities and religious organizations. He helps clients resolve disputes with their joint venture partners, investors, competitors, vendors and customers in matters involving breach of contract, unfair competition, discrimination, fraud, conversion and misappropriation of trade secrets.
He has substantial experience defending consumer class action claims for predatory lending and improper debt collection practices. He defends government entities against discrimination claims based on Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar statutes.
