Iskra Panteva is the head of the Immigration Department at Johnson, Blumberg & Associates. She advises multinational companies, executives, and individuals on all aspects of employment-based immigration, investment and family immigration.
She has assisted companies in best practices with issues involving nonimmigrant visas, permanent residency and corporate compliance. Furthermore, her practice expends in representing individuals in family-based and complexed removal defense cases.
Before joining JBA, she was an Associate Attorney in one of the largest global law firms. Iskra is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, a committee member of CVLS and AILA National Pro Bono Liaisons.
She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
