
J. Daniel Feltham Jr. advises privately held and publicly traded companies on a broad range of business issues, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, securities offerings and general corporate matters.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, he received a certificate in Law and Business and served as senior managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Danny also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance (summa cum laude) from Auburn University.
Prior to joining Bradley, Danny clerked for the Honorable R. David Proctor on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
