Jack Burns

Jack Burns is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm’s San Diego office. Mr. Burns focuses on complex civil litigation in both state and federal court. He has significant experience in False Claims Act litigation, insurance litigation, construction litigation, and healthcare litigation, and he has consistently obtained favorable results for his clients in those areas.

Mr. Burns served as a law clerk for the Honorable Larry A. Burns of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and for the Honorable Procter R. Hug, Jr. of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining Sheppard Mullin, he was counsel at another international law firm.
