Jack Cullen

Jack Cullen has more than 30 years of experience and focuses his practice on secured and unsecured lenders, complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, multiparty workouts and distressed commercial restructuring transactions. In addition, he has represented creditor and bondholder committees and buyers of assets in bankruptcy cases. He handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
