Jack Jarrett

Jack Jarrett graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. After law school, Jack worked for a firm representing private and public sector employees in the D.C. area.

Jack’s cases have involved a wide variety of employment issues, including discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation or reprisal, overtime and minimum wage claims, security clearance revocation, breach of contract, and qui tam claims under the False Claims Act.

Jack has obtained substantial settlements and other favorable results for clients at various stages of negotiation, litigation, and appeals. While in law school, Jack was a member of Law Review, where his note was selected for publication.

Jack was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and his team finished second in the New York City Regional Labor and Employment Trial Advocacy Competition. Jack obtained his B.A. from Virginia Tech.

Admitted to practice only in Virginia.  Practicing in the District of Columbia under the direct supervision of Alan Lescht, a member of the D.C. Bar, pursuant to D.C. Court of Appeals Rule 49(c)(8).
