Jack Wagoner III is the founder of the Wagoner Law Firm, in Little Rock.

He has served as a special judge in Pulaski County Circuit Court. Jack, in 1988, graduated with honors from U.A.L.R. School of Law. While in law school, Jack served as Associate Editor of the U.A.L.R. Law Journal.
Jack is a trial lawyer and has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases before Arkansas judges and juries. He maintains a substantial family law practice. He has recovered approximately forty million dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients in a variety of cases including business litigation, products liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and nursing home neglect and abuse.
Jack is the namesake of the Jack Wagoner Scholarship fund, which provides an academic scholarship each year to a worthy student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. Jack has taught as an adjunct professor of law at the law school, teaching family law to second and third year law students.
Jack is a life long resident of Little Rock. He and his wife Joyce live in Little Rock with their twin daughters, Erin and Kylie.
