Jacob Harris

Jacob Harris is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Jake’s practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formation, and general corporate matters for public and private companies and private equity funds.

Jake earned his J.D. from Emory Law School, where he served as a Managing Editor on the Emory Law Journal, and his M.B.A. from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, where he served as a board member of the Real Estate Private Equity Board.
