Jacob J. Sulzer is an Associate in the firm’s Harrisburg office, where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He defends employers in a wide range of matters before both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including defending claims arising under Title VII, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the American with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and Section 1981 and Section 1983.
Jake began his career at a large litigation firm specializing in insurance defense. He primarily represented product manufacturers, healthcare entities, and transport companies in both state and federal court.
Clients can expect a hardworking advocate. Jake worked at a law firm throughout law school – working during the day and attending school at night. At the same time, Jake earned a Merit Scholarship and The President’s Award – given to his school’s top underclassman. He also served as a senior staff member on Widener Law Review.
