Jacob Oresky is the founder and managing attorney at Oresky & Associates, pllc. He represents New York City residents who were injured in serious accidents, including construction accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, slips and falls, wrongful death, and more.

With 25+ years of experience as a personal injury lawyer serving people throughout NYC, Mr. Oresky has represented clients with severe injuries and collectively recovered over $300 million in settlements and verdicts on their behalf.
