Jacqueline Liu is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on a broad range of antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and criminal investigations.
During law school, Jacqueline was a law clerk at the Federal Trade Commission and a research assistant to antitrust professor Randal C. Picker.
She was also a student clinician in the Employment Discrimination Project at the University of Chicago Law School, where she worked on plaintiff class action litigation.
