Jacqueline Promislo focuses her practice on commercial litigation, products liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, employment discrimination, mass tort litigation, and breach of contract actions. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, including extensive deposition experience, court appearances, bench and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, witness preparation, and jury analysis.
Jacqueline began practicing at Cozen O’Connor in 1994 and is returning after most recently owning a popular children’s clothing, toy, and book store for the last decade. As a business owner, she continued to use her legal background to represent her company in all aspects of the business, from contracts and negotiations to employment-related court hearings.
Jacqueline double majored at McGill University and received her bachelor’s in art history and political science. While attending McGill, she counseled students on the school’s crisis hotline and was a member of Amnesty International, as well as the McGill Film Society.
Jacqueline earned her law degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School where she represented both juveniles and adults in criminal matters, as well as neglect and abuse cases.
