JaeWon Lee is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in the Los Angeles office. He focuses on patent and trademark litigation in federal court and advises on technologies related to electronics, medical devices, consumer products, materials and chemicals, hardware, and software.
JaeWon also has experience with intellectual property transactions that involve information technology, privacy, and cybersecurity aspects of mergers and acquisitions, banking and credit, and capital market transactions.
Prior to his legal career, JaeWon was a research staff member at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, where he researched and developed gallium nitride on silicon for lighting and high-power electronics, and a next-generation solar cell for renewable, green energy.
