Jaime R. Daddona is a partner with the law firm Squire Patton Boggs and practices in Phoenix, Arizona. She counsels both public and privately held companies while focusing her practice on business and finance transactions, including securities offerings, restructurings, private equity investment, corporate governance matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and stockholder relations matters.
She has gained immense experience from her diverse transactional and corporate counseling practice while working closely with boards of directors and senior managers on governance matters; representing clients in strategic transactions; drafting & negotiating supply, distribution & other commercial agreements; and managing debt & equity investments.
She is an expert at handling transactions that involve cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams working to leverage the strengths of the worldwide platform. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Symphony from 2012 to 2016 and in the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation in Arizona from 2010 to 2011.
She continues to serve as a member of the Global Chamber, the Greater Phoenix Economic Counsel’s International Leadership Council, and on the Board of Directors of My Help Button Inc.
She obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts degree with honors from the Arizona State University in 1997 and went on to complete her Master of Public Administration in Public Affairs, Summa Cum Laude, in 1999.
She attended the Arizona State University College of Law and served as an editor on the Arizona State Law Journal and as a member of the Supreme Court Review. The law college also honored her with the Order of the Coif.
She obtained her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, as well as the license to practice law in the state of Arizona after passing the bar exam in the year 2004. In 2005, she earned admission to the state bar of Pennsylvania.
Jaime Daddona immediately joined the law firm Squire Sanders & Dempsey, and after a year, she started working with the law firm Pepper Hamilton LLP. She joined her current law firm Squire Patton Boggs in 2010 and continues to serve there as a partner.
The AZ Business Magazine named her One of the Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona and Arizona Business Leader in 2017 as well as Most Influential Women in Arizona Business in 2016.
The Phoenix Business Journal honored her with 40 Under 40 Award and AZ Business Magazine awarded her with Most Influential Women in Arizona Business – Generation Next Award.
