Jaimie Buchbinder focuses her civil litigation practice on defending corporations in state and federal court, particularly in product liability cases. She has been involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, dispositive and pre-trial motions and trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jaimie practiced at a large national firm, where she gained experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation. She also previously served as a law clerk to two Special Masters at the US Court of Federal Claims in Washington DC.
Jaimie attended American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as an articles editor on the Business Law Review and participated in the civil litigation clinic. She obtained her undergraduate degree in business administration from Boston University.
