James Palmisano

James Palmisano is a divorce and child custody lawyer serving in Chicago and surrounding areas for more than 40 years. He is the principal attorney and founder of the law firm, Palmisano Law Group, based in Orland Park.

He features as a lead counsel for the petitioner in a video titled Domestic Violence Case Presentation. It was produced by the Family Violence Prevention Coordinating Councils for viewing by the general public. It was made as an information tool for victims of domestic violence.

He obtained B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1970 and earned J.D. in 1973 from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He secured admission to practice law at the Illinois State Courts, the Northern District Court of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
