James P. Cullen, Jr. focuses his practice on the prosecution of construction defect, explosion, fire and product liability claims. Jim has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the Northeast, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
He is also certified to serve as an arbitrator by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He is the past chairman of the New England Chapter of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and is a frequent lecturer on subrogation issues and the prosecution of property damage claims. Jim is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the newly opened Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, a college-preparatory school for low-income students.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science from Villanova University. He earned his law degree, summa cum laude, at the University of Dayton School of Law, where he served for the University of Dayton Law Review as the managing editor.
