James David Greene Jr. is a highly experienced personal injury attorney. He served as the lead attorney in a landmark trucking case involving a brain-injured college student and successfully litigated it along with his law partners Will G. Phillips and Britt V. Bethea and ultimately settled it for 9.5 million dollars.

Before studying law, he established his landscaping business after graduating from the University of South Alabama with a degree in communications and marketing and working in south Alabama as regional sales manager for a manufacturer in New York.

His business experience gives him a unique ability to relate to juries effectively and win more money for his client’s injury claim. After two years of successfully setting up his business, he attended the Jones School of Law of Faulkner University and obtained his Juris Doctorate.
