James G. Dowling Jr.’s practice includes corporate, commercial and real estate transactions. He has developed particular experience in representing automobile dealers, as well as in yacht and aircraft transactions and like kind exchanges.
Jim chairs the firm’s Automotive Dealership practice. He has extensive and varied automotive experience having been general counsel to one of the nation’s largest dealers for more than 15 years.
He also represents a number of local automobile dealers. He has written on the subject of establishing and protecting dealership identity.
