James Gallagher is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the Charlotte office. James is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance and reorganization practices.
James represents financial institutions, lenders, agents and borrowers in leveraged finance, syndications and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on energy.
James holds a J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was an associate editor on the Georgia State Law Review. James holds an M.B.A. from the Georgia State J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where he was an associate editor on the Georgia State Law Review where he participated in the prestigious Panthers on Wall Street program.
