James H. Walton

James H. Walton has nearly 40 years of experience in business transactions, commercial real estate transactions and business litigation.

He is experienced in representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, landlords, investors and developers, and has considerable experience with respect to the sale of land, buildings, airplanes and businesses.

He has successfully pursued numerous lawsuits collecting monies owed to suppliers, contractors and commercial landlords, and evicting tenants. He is also experienced in the preparation of business agreements, construction contracts, mechanic’s lien documents, commercial leases, promissory notes, deeds of trust and purchase agreements.

His practice has also dealt with employment issues for many employers involving all types of employee claims. Mr. Walton is licensed in Nevada and California and has had an active trial and appellate practice in both state and federal court.
