
James “Josh” Hall shareholder in the Memphis office, concentrates his practice in the areas of business and estate planning. Mr. Hall works with high net worth individuals and families to accomplish sophisticated estate tax planning, business succession planning, executive compensation, and estate administration.
He has extensive experience in business and venture capital structuring; shareholder, partnership, and limited liability company agreements; and, commercial contracts. In addition, he handles federal and state tax controversies (audit and litigation). He has made recent presentations on the subjects of sophisticated estate planning techniques and business succession planning.
