James (Jamie) Corning concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, intellectual property, class-action defense, and government investigations. He represents clients from a variety of sectors, including financial services, government, media, technology, retail, transportation, sports and entertainment, health care, and consulting. He previously served as a law clerk and a judicial extern to U.S. District Court judges in Eastern and Western Washington.
Before pursuing a legal career, Jamie worked for nearly a decade as a software developer and program manager for Microsoft and other tech companies. As a result, Jamie brings a deep understanding of software and technology to his practice.
