Jim Arndt graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1982 and has practiced in Arvada with Bob Frie since that time. His practice focuses on Family Law, Real Estate, Community Association Law, Probate, and Civil Litigation. Jim is also developing a mediation and arbitration practice.
Jim enjoys his practice. He has many clients of long-standing who continue to bring their legal questions and problems to him. Jim enjoys these relationships.
Jim and the other attorneys in the firm are always cognizant of the high cost of their work, and strive to work economically and for a fair fee, without sacrificing quality work.
Jim believes that effective case analysis and trial preparation help promote settlement. Mr. Arndt enjoys the puzzle of preparing for trial, including sorting through complex facts and determining with his clients how best to present those facts in light of the relevant legal standards.
He enjoys trying to persuade a judge or jury about the correctness of his client’s position if the case goes to trial.
Mr. Arndt works hard to keep his clients informed and prepared. He well understands the emotional toll a legal problem can take on an individual or family, and he tries to work compassionately as well as intelligently.
Jim is a native Coloradan. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado starting in 1967 and finishing in 1971. Those years were a singularly spectacular time to attend college.
