
James Lehman is the Managing Partner of the Firm. In addition to his management responsibilities, he practices in the areas of business and securities litigation, white collar investigations, and professional liability.
Mr. Lehman has also served in senior executive management positions. In 2001, he became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Safety-Kleen, which, at the time, was undergoing one of the largest bankruptcies in U.S. history.
In addition to his Firm responsibilities, he has also served as the outside General Counsel for various private equity portfolio companies.
