
James Langlois is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project Finance and Asset Finance Group in the New York office of White & Case. James regularly represents clients in the oil & gas industry, including Saudi Aramco, on some of their most significant projects.
James has been involved in transactions in the Power, Asset Finance, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors, representing lenders, borrowers and sponsors in matters in the United States, Latin America and the Middle East.
Prior to joining White & Case, James was a U.S. Army Officer in the First Cavalry Division, serving as a Platoon Leader and high-level Key Leader Engagement Officer in the Middle East. James also served as a socio-political advisor for the U.S. Department of Defense in Central Asia.
James is also active in White & Case’s pro bono initiatives, focusing particularly on veteran’s issues and international human rights.
