James M. Lieb is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator in a variety of areas in state and federal courts. His practice includes business law, immigration law, family law, divorce, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and estates. He is known for representing clients with great heart, strategy, and tenacity. James, born the youngest of three, grew up Indianapolis, was a Boy Scout earning the rank of Eagle Scout, and graduated from Cardinal Ritter High School. From there he went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree at Saint Joseph’s College and his Juris Doctorate law degree at Loyola University, both on academic scholarships.
Prior to opening his own law office, James honed his legal skills by working for and learning from great mentors at the Loyola Law Clinic Immigration Section, the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Law Office of Wernle, Ristine & Ayers. James is married, has two children, and lives in Bargersville, Indiana.
