Mr. Silverberg is also legal counsel to the White House News Photographer’s Association, Legal Counsel to American Photographic Artists, and Legal Counsel and Director, Business Affairs for the American Society for Collective Rights Licensing.
Mr. Silverberg is formerly counsel to American Center for Design, AIGA Washington, and AIGA Maryland, and the Graphic Design Education Association. Notable cases include his representation of the historic Zapruder Film of the Kennedy Assassination, expert valuation services in Griffin & Taylor v. U.S. (Representation in valuation of the government’s seizure of the Nixon Presidential Papers), Don Kirshner’s Rock Convert v. Viacom and MTV Networks.
