James Nobles was born and raised in Conesus, New York. He knew from an early age that he wanted to be a trial lawyer fighting for people’s rights. He is happiest when he is sinking his teeth into a high-profile, complex and serious case that will likely go to trial.
As an Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County, Mr. Nobles handled hundreds of criminal cases. Two highlights of his career as a prosecutor were an undefeated jury trial record and a unanimous guilty verdict on the top charge in seven minutes.
Since leaving the D.A.’s office, Mr. Nobles has handled all levels of criminal cases, from violations and DWI to guns, drugs, as well as numerous homicides. In 2015, Mr. Nobles and Mr. DeCarolis became partners in the Nobles & DeCarolis law firm to better serve their clients both individually and, when requested, as a team. More significant than experience or credentials is Mr. Nobles’ commitment to his clients.
He understands the personal and professional challenges surrounding criminal and civil court matters and is committed to providing unsurpassed customer service and advocacy in both criminal and personal injury cases.
