James Peter Palestini Originally from Toronto, Canada, James Palestini relocated to Arizona where he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Studies with a minor in Criminology from Arizona State University.
During this time, Mr. Palestini mentored other students, played competitive soccer and worked over 40 hours a week while still managing to graduate Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Palestini chose to remain in Arizona and attend the Phoenix School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Palestini founded the Health & Wellness Club, served as Secretary of the Christian Legal Society, and served as an elected Student Delegate for the Student Bar Association.
While at law school, Mr. Palestini was employed as a legal intern in a strictly criminal based Scottsdale law firm handling a multitude of criminal cases including criminal traffic matters.
Mr. Palestini is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona and the Federal District Court for the District of Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and American Bar Association.
