James Stringfellow represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents, lenders, agents, investment advisors, collateral managers, investors and other participants in a variety of public and private structured finance transactions.
Mr. Stringfellow’s structured finance experience includes credit card, auto loan and other receivable securitizations; collateralized loan obligation transactions and other collateralized debt obligation transactions and other investment funds; sports league structured financings; commercial loan securitizations; commercial and residential mortgage loan securitizations; resecuritizations and repackagings of various securities and other financial assets and derivative products; and asset-backed commercial paper transactions. He also has acted as counsel in connection with traditional corporate finance transactions.
