James McAtee earned Bachelor of Arts, Economics in 1987 from the University of West Florida. He later obtained Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing in 1991 from the University of West Florida. He joined Birmingham School of Law and completed Juris Doctor in 1995. He frequently speaks on various law-related topics at the Continuing Legal Education seminars.
