Brannan Reeves has vast experience in Insurance law, Business law and Estate planning. He has represented insurance companies against allegations of breach of contract, fraud, and bad faith under a variety of policies (homeowners, automobile, UM/UIM, Businessowners, CGL, Inland Marine, etc). He has defended business in litigation against lawsuits , advised businesses and prepared transaction documents for businesses. He has also assisted clients with estate planning and represented executors and handling administration of estates.
He has significant experience in personal and commercial automobile defense, premises liability defense, construction defect litigation, and insurance coverage matters. He has also represented numerous insurance companies against claims of bad faith, fraud, and other extra-contractual actions. Currently, he represents a variety of businesses, ranging from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in all aspects of litigation.
His transactional practice concentrates on representing businesses from start-up to dissolution, advising and effectuating buyouts and mergers, and generally assisting with any day-to-day operations where my clients may need assistance or legal expertise. He also has an extensive estate planning practice preparing will, trusts, powers of attorney and other similar documentation.
