Ms. Jamie Oberg offers efficient and intelligent legal advice throughout the construction process, from contract negotiation to dispute resolution. She represents clients from both the private and public sectors and handles disputes arising from a variety of construction projects throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Ms. Oberg clerked at a boutique construction law firm, where she participated in complex construction litigation, as well as contract drafting and negotiation.
Ms. Oberg also served a legal clerk at the Texas General Land Office, where she edited public contracts and drafted memoranda for litigation involving public procurement and works, governmental immunity, coastal water rights, and sales of state resources.
Ms. Oberg is admitted to practice in the State of Texas. She earned her law degree from Baylor Law School—where she was awarded the Dean’s Academic Excellence Full-Tuition Scholarship and served as the Missions Director of Christian Legal Society—and received her Bachelor of Journalism degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
