
Janet Murphy represents card issuers in the negotiation and documentation of private label, network, co-brand, and endorsement agreements with retail, manufacturing, home improvement/remodeling and other industries.
Janet also helps nonprofit health care institutions and other tax-exempt entities structure, draft, negotiate and close tax-exempt financing transactions and secured and unsecured loans. She advises clients in restructuring tax-exempt debt, in asset sales, and in corporate restructures.
Jan also assists her tax-exempt clients with pre-bond issuance planning and post-issuance bond compliance issues and related matters, including mergers, alliances and joint ventures, and asset acquisitions and sales.
