Jasmine Haddad’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law. She represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services. While in law school, Ms. Haddad worked as a summer law clerk at a Boston firm, where she assisted with long-term care planning with a focus on asset protection.
Ms. Haddad also worked as a research assistant for Professor Linda C. McClain. In that role, Ms. Haddad researched the changing legal landscape of same-sex marriage following the Windsordecision.
Ms. Haddad was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2015, where she focused on corporate matters. Previously, Ms. Haddad worked as a consumer advocate intern at the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, and as a fund development coordinator for a local nonprofit organization.
