Jason A. D’Amico focuses on the representation of developers, landlords, investors, tenants and real estate investment trusts in office, retail and industrial real estate transactions. He also represents lenders and borrowers in commercial/corporate finance transactions.
He has experience representing clients in a range of real estate transactions from small office leases to the representation of investors and developers in large, mixed-use developments. Jason’s real property work has included the representation of clients in the purchase and sale of commercial property, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial, retail and build-to-suit leases, mortgage and construction financing, sale-leasebacks, data center contracts, construction contracts and option agreements.
Jason’s finance experience includes the documentation, negotiation and closing of secured and unsecured commercial financing, including multi-currency loans, mezzanine financing, mortgage backed securities, off-balance sheet leases, tax leases and tax-exempt bond transactions.
Jason has published articles in the annual Allegheny County Bar Association Real Estate Section publication and has lectured on the topics of real estate finance and transactions for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Lorman Educational Services and other legal and trade organizations.
