Jason grew up in Colorado, attended college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he was a Division I swimmer all four years, and then went to Catholic University of America Law School in Washington, D.C. where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was selected to be the student commencement speaker.

Jason Wesoky is a top-notch trial attorney with more than 17 years’ experience handling a wide range of litigation matters. He focuses on business, real estate, personal injury, and insurance bad-faith litigation and has conducted more than 30 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. His trials have involved multi-million-dollar contract disputes, large personal injury suits, employment discrimination, and business and real estate disputes.

​Jason also has a robust appellate practice. Jason clerked for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkvoich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and has been a member of the Tenth Circuit’s Criminal Justice Act panel for more than a decade.

He has argued in front of the Tenth Circuit and the Colorado Court of Appeals nearly a dozen times and has several published cases including Protocols v. Leavitt, et al., 549 F. 3d 1294 (10th Cir. 2008) and successfully petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari in Kittredge v. U.S. Jason is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s Amicus Committee where he has drafted and filed numerous amicus curaie briefs on behalf of CTLA, including an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court in Clemens v. Colorado.
