
Mr. Haymore specializes in labor & employment law and business law. He previously worked at a large law firm in Indiana which solely represented employees in employment law disputes.
Before that, he worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Haymore is a Utah native and moved back to Utah and established Haymore Law in 2010.
He is the sole attorney for the firm and has designed its operations to insure very personalized attention to his clients. He is a dedicated and compassionate advocate.
Mr. Haymore’s decision to move to Utah was motivated by a desire to move back to the mountains and to be near family. Mr. Haymore is married and has three young children. He also sits on the planning commission for the city of South Jordan.
He loves sports and the outdoors. Whenever he’s not advocating for his clients, he can usually be found spending time with his family or somewhere deep in the woods on horseback.
National Labor Relations Board. While working for the National Labor Relations Board Mr. Haymore investigated allegations of violations of the National Labor Relations Act and consulted with the regional director in order to decide whether a violation had occurred and how the agency would respond.
