Jason M. Harmon joined the firm in 2018 and specializes in trial preparation, depositions and motion practice for toxic tort and premise liability in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason served as a prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for over seven years, handling aggravated assault, attempted murder, sexual assault and large narcotics cases. Jason has prosecuted approximately a thousand bench trials and over 25 jury trials to verdict in his career.
During his time at the District Attorney’s Office, Jason also served as the Assistant Chief of the Diversion Courts Unit where he was responsible for approximately 25 diversionary and reentry programs aimed to ensure justice for victims and rehabilitate offenders.
As a member of the Barrister’s Association of Philadelphia, Jason remains committed to public service by fostering networking opportunities and mentoring young attorneys as they enter the legal field.
