  • Represents national mortgage lenders in lender liability actions involving breach of contract, tort, TILA, RESPA, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Report Act allegations.
  • Represented national grocery store chain in landlord tenant disputes in state courts, federal courts and arbitrations. Disputes include construction claims, evictions, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
  • Represented a national ladder company in product liability actions. Harris v. New Werner Holding Co., Inc., 2009 WL 4249240 (N.D. Tex. 2009)
  • Represented a real estate developer on appeal and overturned a summary judgment against the developer’s breach of contract claim. Forney 921 Lot Development Partners I, L.P. v. Paul Taylor Homes, Ltd., 349 S.W.3d 258 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2011)
  • Represented a mortgage lender against a of plaintiffs alleging breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud, and Truth-in-Lending-Act violations.
  • Represents a commercial construction company regarding the alleged wrongful death of an employee.
  • Represented former owner-operator of producing oil and gas properties in litigation with new owner-operator over environmental issues and operating expenses.
  • Represented owner-operator against claims asserted by nearby property owners arising from operation of disposal wells.
