
As a commercial litigator with over seven years of experience, Jason J. Oliveri has successfully litigated a broad range of complex legal issues on behalf of clients, including matters dealing with labor and employment, fraud, real estate, intellectual property, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair business practices.
During his time at Hinshaw, Jason has also gained a significant amount of experience representing the interests of lenders, investors and loan servicers in matters involving commercial and residential mortgage loans in both State and Federal court.
Consequently, he has developed an in-depth understanding of laws such as the Uniform Commercial Code, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Dodd Frank.
Jason’s practice is not limited to commercial matters and corporate clients. He also represents and advises other attorneys accused of violating the rules of professional conduct and committing legal malpractice.
Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Jason was a special deputy attorney general with the Consumer Fraud Prosecution Section of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
