Since graduating from Drake Law School and passing the bar in 2003, Jason Roland Foster practiced law for 12 years in Minnesota – initially at a law firm where he successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, managing their accounts receivable, and then for 10 years on his own, concentrating in bankruptcy and estate planning matters.
After moving to Colorado in 2015, I have spent the last 2 years in the financial service industry at Fidelity Investments and JP Morgan Chase, passing my Series 7, 63, and 66 exams, and acquiring my Colorado Insurance Producer’s License.
Recently, I have reopened my law practice to focus on bankruptcy and estate planning cases here in Colorado, with plans to either join an existing financial advising firm or affiliate with a registered investment advisor to provide comprehensive financial advising services.
My goals since opening my law practice in 2005 have always remained the same: provide compassionate and competent representation to people and small businesses who are either struggling financially or require strategic guidance concerning their financial affairs.
My job is to empower clients by educating and informing them of their options, guiding them through difficult and complex financial decisions.
My representation can be comprehensive in nature – I can help people get a fresh start by navigating them through the bankruptcy process, or I can put together a holistic estate plan for clients, which includes drafting the legal framework necessary to take care of their estate matters and incorporating independent and meticulous advice as a financial advisor, ultimately helping people choose investments that compliment their estate plan.
