Jason Rottner concentrates his practice on general business and complex commercial litigation. Jason frequently represents manufacturing clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including contract and warranty disputes, class actions, product liability cases, insurance disputes, and antitrust cases.
Jason has assisted in all phases of the litigation process and has been involved in matters in federal and state courts throughout the country. Jason served on the trial team for a corporate plaintiff case where the jury awarded his client more than $90 million, including interest and attorneys’ fees.
During law school, Jason served as an editor of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Jason received his B.S., summa cum laude, in political science and speech communication from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Honors Program. Jason currently serves on the junior board of directors for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
