
Jeffrey B Teichert is a prominent American Attorney in the areas of appeals, business and property law, constitutional law, natural resources law, and legal writing services. He is also applying his extensive litigation experience to the area of family law .
Jeff is also an author, historian, and public speaker on the subjects of American restoration, constitutional law, English legal history, and the American founding. Jeff is licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
Jeff earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Brigham Young University in 1994 where he was a Senior Editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law. He earned his post-doctoral Master of Laws (LLM) degree from George Washington University “With Highest Honors” in 2008, emphasizing English and early American legal history and environmental law.
From 1994-1996, Jeff served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of American Samoa. From 1998-2000, Jeff was a Senior Associate at Budd-Falen Law Offices, PC, where he gained extensive experience in federal lands litigation throughout the American west.
In 2001, Jeff began practicing business and property law in Bellingham, Washington and practiced there for nine years. In that capacity he briefed and argued a number of cases before the Washington Court of Appeals and local Superior Courts.
