Jeffrey G. Miller

Jeffrey G. Miller is a shareholder located in Carr Allison’s Birmingham, Alabama office. Jeff has some 15 years of experience practicing law, both with a private law firm and as in-house counsel. The focus of his practice is in the firm’s transportation litigation department, representing motor carriers in truck accident litigation claims.

He also has significant experience with labor and employment law issues affecting businesses and governmental entities that operate in Alabama. Jeff graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 1996 with a B.S. in Business Administration.

He then earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2001, where he served as Chief Justice of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board during his senior year.

Jeff is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama. He is a frequent speaker and author for various labor and employment law seminars and publications. Jeff is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
