A Waste of Time and Money
I’m very disappointed with my representation from this law firm. I feel that it was a waste of time and money. The service was good until the case was over and the money stopped coming in. I couldn’t get Jeff to return a text or a phone call from that point on. It took me over three months to finally get a “response.” I was particular in my text and voice messages that I just wanted a quick follow-up phone call to discuss my options moving forward. But once he was done fulfilling his contractual obligation, he was no longer interested in my situation or anything that I had to say. I think the thousands of dollars I paid him to represent me should entitle me to a quick 5-minute follow-up phone call, but he didn’t feel the same way. I felt disappointed and betrayed. Even in a fast-food restaurant, they’ll still deal with you after they’ve taken your money, but unfortunately, that’s not the case with the Jacobson Law Firm.
